Maxfiylik siyosati / Privacy Policy

1. Kirish

Sotuv Agenti (keyingi o'rinlarda — "biz", "xizmat") Instagram va Telegram orqali mijozlarga mahsulot tanlash, buyurtma berish va to'lov bo'yicha avtomatlashtirilgan yordam ko'rsatadigan sotuv-agent platformasi. Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati biz qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishimizni, ulardan qanday foydalanishimizni va ularni qanday himoyalashimizni tushuntiradi.

2. Yig'ilayotgan ma'lumotlar

Quyidagi toifadagi ma'lumotlar yig'iladi:

• Platforma identifikatorlari: Instagram/Facebook foydalanuvchi ID, username, Telegram chat ID.
• Xabarlar va kommentariyalar: chatdagi matn va Instagram post kommentariyalari (avtomatik javob berish uchun).
• Rasm va media: mijoz yuborgan rasmlar (mahsulotni vizual qidiruv va to'lov chekini tekshirish uchun).
• Buyurtma ma'lumotlari: mahsulot, variant (o'lcham/rang), miqdor, narx.
• Aloqa ma'lumotlari: mijoz o'zi yuborgan telefon raqami (yetkazib berish uchun).
• Texnik ma'lumotlar: vaqt belgilari (timestamp), platforma turi, til.

3. Ma'lumotlardan foydalanish

• Mijozning savollariga avtomatik javob berish va sotuvga ko'maklashish.
• Buyurtmalarni qabul qilish, qayd etish va ularning holatini boshqarish.
• Rasm orqali mahsulot qidirish (vector qidiruv).
• Statistika va xizmat sifatini yaxshilash.
• Qonun talab qilgan hollarda javob berish.

4. Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari

Xizmat quyidagi platformalar va xizmat ko'rsatuvchilar bilan integratsiyalashgan. Ushbu provayderlar o'z maxfiylik siyosatlariga ega va biz ulardan faqat funksional zarurat bo'yicha foydalanamiz:

• Meta (Instagram va Facebook Graph API) — kommentariya va xabar webhook'lari, javob yuborish.
• Telegram — mijoz bilan yozishish, rasm va matn almashinuvi.
• OpenRouter / OpenAI, Google Gemini — javoblar generatsiyasi (AI sotuv agenti). Mijozning xabar matni va minimal kontekst tahlil uchun yuboriladi; karta raqamlari yoki shaxsiy moliyaviy ma'lumotlar AI'ga yuborilmaydi.
• Pinecone — mahsulot va rasm embedding'larini saqlash (semantik qidiruv uchun).
• PostgreSQL va Redis — ma'lumotlarni va sessiyalarni saqlash uchun bizning serverda.

5. Ma'lumotlarni ulashish va sotmaslik

Biz mijoz ma'lumotlarini reklama maqsadida uchinchi tomonga sotmaymiz va ko'p tomonlama almashmaymiz. Ulashish faqat quyidagi cheklangan hollarda mumkin:

• Yuqorida sanab o'tilgan integratsiya provayderlari (xizmat ko'rsatish uchun zarur).
• O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi yoki sud qarori talabi bilan.
• Mijozning aniq roziligi bilan.

6. Ma'lumotlar saqlash muddati

Mijoz xabarlari va buyurtmalari biznes ehtiyojlari uchun zarur bo'lguncha saqlanadi (taxminan 12 oydan oshmaydi). Mijoz yozma talab orqali o'z ma'lumotlarini o'chirishni so'rashi mumkin (pastdagi kontaktga murojaat qiling).

7. Foydalanuvchi huquqlari

• O'zingiz haqingizdagi ma'lumotlarni so'rash huquqi.
• Noto'g'ri ma'lumotlarni tuzatish huquqi.
• Ma'lumotlaringizni o'chirib tashlashni so'rash huquqi.
• Xizmatdan voz kechish (bot bilan yozishuvni to'xtatish — istalgan vaqtda).

8. Xavfsizlik

Server tomonida ma'lumotlar shifrlangan ulanish (HTTPS) orqali uzatiladi va parolli kirish bilan himoyalanadi. Karta rekvizitlari mijozga shaffof tarzda yuboriladi va to'lov amalga oshirilgach, qog'oz chek yoki skrinshot bilan tasdiqlanadi. To'lovlar bizning kartamizga qabul qilinadi; bizda kredit karta CVV yoki bank parollarini saqlamaymiz.

9. Bolalar

Xizmat 13 yoshdan kichik bolalar uchun mo'ljallanmagan. Agar bolaning ma'lumotini olganimizni bilsak, imkon qadar tez o'chirib tashlaymiz.

10. Siyosatga o'zgartirishlar

Ushbu siyosatga o'zgartirish kiritilsa, "Oxirgi yangilanish" sanasini yangilaymiz. Muhim o'zgarishlar haqida mijozlarni xizmat orqali xabardor qilamiz.

1. Introduction

Sotuv Agenti ("we", "us", or "the Service") is an automated sales-assistant platform that helps customers browse products, place orders and pay through Instagram and Telegram. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

• Platform identifiers: Instagram/Facebook user ID and username, Telegram chat ID.
• Messages and comments: chat content and Instagram post comments (used for automated replies).
• Images and media: pictures you send to us (used for visual product search and to verify payment receipts).
• Order details: product, variant (size/color), quantity, price.
• Contact details: phone number that you provide for delivery.
• Technical metadata: timestamps, platform type, language preference.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Reply automatically to your messages and comments to assist with sales.
• Receive, record and manage your orders.
• Perform image-based product search via vector embeddings.
• Improve service quality and produce aggregate statistics.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy. We use them strictly to deliver the Service:

• Meta (Instagram and Facebook Graph API) — for comment and message webhooks and for sending replies.
• Telegram — for chatting with customers and exchanging text and images.
• OpenRouter / OpenAI, Google Gemini — to generate responses for the AI sales agent. Only your message text and minimal context are sent; we do not send card numbers or sensitive financial data to AI providers.
• Pinecone — to store product and image embeddings for semantic search.
• PostgreSQL and Redis — to store data and session state on our infrastructure.

5. Sharing and No-Sale Commitment

We do not sell customer data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We only share information under these limited circumstances:

• With the integration providers listed above, strictly to operate the Service.
• When required by law, court order or other valid legal process in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• With your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer messages and order data only for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes (no more than approximately 12 months). You may request deletion of your data in writing using the contact below.

7. Your Rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Stop using the Service at any time (simply stop messaging the bot).

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to administrative tools is password protected. Card payment details are sent transparently to the customer; once paid, customers send back a receipt. Payments are received on our card. We do not store CVV codes or banking passwords.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it as soon as possible.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify customers through the Service.
